Pre-Medical Physics

This is the page for pre-medical majors in the physics department. This major is described in detail in the undergraduate curriculum page. Most pre-medical students will take the Principles of Physics class. This course has received rave reviews in The Pulse.

Physics majors have faired very well with admissions into medical schools. The Association of American Medical Colleges reports for the past two years that physics majors are more likely to be accepted into medical school than majors from all biological sciences or chemistry.
